This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address and time of access) briefly in server logs to deliver the site securely. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
When we contact you
If we reached out to you, we found your business contact details where you published them for business enquiries — for example on your YouTube channel, your website or your social media profile. We use them only to contact you about a possible partnership and keep a short record of our conversation (name, channel, public contact details, date and content of our messages).
If you reply “no” or ask us to stop, we will not contact you again and keep only what is needed to respect that request.
When you contact us
If you email us, we use your message and contact details to reply and, if we work together, to prepare and manage the partnership.
How long we keep data
Outreach records are deleted after 12 months without an ongoing conversation. Data for active partnerships is kept for as long as the partnership lasts and as required by law afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we store about you and request correction or deletion, or object to us contacting you. Write to office@tnmbusiness.com.
